Simple, gentle Castile recipes for everyday personal care, from hands and hair to skin and bath routines.
DAILY CARE
Hand Soap
1 part Castile + 4 parts water
Directions: Use in a foaming dispenser.
Body Wash
1 part Castile + 4 parts water
Directions: Apply to skin. Rinse well.
Face Cleaner
½ tsp Castile + 1 cup water
Directions: Apply gently. Rinse immediately.
HAIR & SHAVE
Shampoo
1 part Castile + 3 parts water
Directions: Apply to hair, wash, then rinse thoroughly.
Shaving Cream
Castile + oil + water
Directions: Apply a thin layer. Shave and rinse.
BATH
Bubble Bath
Castile + glycerin
Directions: Add under running water.
SAFETY & WARNINGS
  • For external use only. Do not ingest.
  • Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Test on a small, inconspicuous area before use on surfaces or fabrics.
  • Not all recipes are suitable for all surfaces, especially natural stone, unfinished wood, or delicate materials.
  • Do not mix Castile soap with acidic ingredients like vinegar or citrus; this may reduce effectiveness.
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
